View History for Help Desk Agents
Allow Help Desk Agents to view help desk history.

Allow Help Desk Agents to view help desk history.

Click on either Roles or People.
If selecting "Roles" you can either create new or edit existing help desk roles.
If selecting "People" search for the person, then edit the role.
Under "Help Desk Agent" click on "View Ticket History"
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
Repeat steps 1-4 if needed.
