# Chromebook

## Selecting your Settings

1. Under Integrations, choose "Chromebook"&#x20;

2. If you have not synced previously, you will "Get Started". If you have previously synced with us, click "Refresh Token".&#x20;

3. Sign in to your google account that has admin access.&#x20;

4. Once you have logged in, you will start mapping your Google AD with AdminRemix.&#x20;
   * **\*Asset Tag must be linked to either Device ID or Serial Number because both of those are required fields in Google AD.**&#x20;

5. You must turn **"Sync On"** for one of the fields attached to either "Device ID or Serial Number".&#x20;

\*If you map "Checked Out User" to a field, the user must be in AssetRemix as well.&#x20;

6. Add Custom Fields if you would like as well.&#x20;

7. After your mapping is complete, click "Save" at the bottom right hand corner of the page.&#x20;

8. In order to sync, you must click "Execute" then "Sync" at the top left of the page. ![](/files/eZu9HDCcvIED7aTEJ6CY)
9. Choose what type of status of chromebook you would like to integrate. Then select "Sync Now" **\*If you do not choose the status, all chromebooks will be brought in.**&#x20;
