1 - Types of Reports:

  1. Basic Report: Shows accessories or assets in charts.

  • Dropdown list will change based on what you choose in each category. These are just examples of what you could see in each report.

  1. Searchable Report: Any type of filtered report, Activity or Ticket history reports can be found here.

  • Dropdown list will change based on what you choose in each category. These are just examples of what you could see in each report.

  1. Device Audit Report: Shows users with devices, or without devices.

  • Dropdown list will change based on what you choose in each category. These are just examples of what you could see in each report.

  1. Aggregation Report: Any type of aggregated report needed.

  • Dropdown list will change based on what you choose in each category. These are just examples of what you could see in each report.

  1. Filter Report: Use your filter to search for a criteria. Then save the search using the floppy disk next to the filter.

2 - Reports Home Screen

My Reports

These reports are for you only. You can create reports in our "Report Builder" or by filtering and saving your search. If you do any bulk actions however, they will save automatically in your reports. You can toggle these on and off in your reports by clicking the "Hide Bulk Action Reports".

Public Reports

These reports are for your entire team that has permissions to see reports. When saving reports, make sure that you click the box to allow others to see the report.

Report Builder

The builder is where you create all reports, aside from saved filter reports.
